Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify, an item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging. If the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and relevant details, including photos or video where useful.

How to request a return

Email service@ndxnkxc.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. We will review it and send return instructions.

Return address

Please do not send returns to our business address. After a return request is approved, customer service will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs

For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.
